We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: M-Pesa/Safaricom for payment processing; property managers or landlords as necessary for service delivery; law enforcement when required by law; and service providers who assist in our operations under strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. This includes encrypted data transmission, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. WhatsApp Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal data held by Smart Flow Metering in connection with the Smart Flow WhatsApp service, including your contact details, messages, and uploaded media.

  1. Visit our contact page and use the listed email address or telephone number to explain your data deletion request.
  2. Include your name, the telephone number used to contact Smart Flow on WhatsApp (with country code), and the data you want deleted. For an email request, use the subject "WhatsApp data deletion request".
  3. We may ask you to verify that the request relates to your own data before processing it. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, or your M-Pesa PIN.

We will review your request and explain the outcome, including any data that must be retained for legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Deleting a WhatsApp conversation from your device does not delete records held by Smart Flow Metering. These instructions cover data we hold, not data independently held by WhatsApp or Meta.
